As a Technical Support Specialist, you will enhance our IT operations within the Athabasca Division. The ideal candidate will have at least three years in systems administration alongside a computer science degree or diploma. Essential skills include managing cloud solutions, infrastructure support, and effective communication for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to provide IT infrastructure support

• Deploy and configure software and systems enhancements

• Maintain lifecycle management of hardware and software

• Coordinate with suppliers for major incident recovery

• Provide network and Wifi support during installations

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant IT experience

• Diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent

• Experience with MS Azure or Amazon AWS

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
