Position: IT Operations Leadership Role
Lead IT operational improvement in a hybrid contract role as an IT Operations Manager based in Edmonton, Alberta. Drive service delivery excellence across various technology domains.

Our client is in search of an IT Operations Manager to spearhead their operational team and ensure effective support and advancement of IT services. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams while managing vendor relationships and governance to align IT operations with business objectives.

Your role is pivotal in continuous improvement and operational performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline

• 2+ years in a leadership position in IT

• 5+ years of operational experience in IT service management

• Strong analytical and mentoring skills
