Our client is looking for a Int. SAP Techno-functional analyst to support Employee Central for an ongoing HR systems initiatives.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Techno-Functional Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical understanding within the Success Factors ecosystem, particularly Employee Central and its related modules.
Required Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee CentralStrong techno-functional expertise in EC (configuration + basic technical understanding)At least one or more current SAP Success Factors certifications in:Employee Central Core (preferred)RecruitingPerformance ManagementSuccession ManagementExperience working in end-to-end implementations or support projectsStrong understanding of HR business processes and data structuresPreferred Skills
Experience with multiple Success Factors modulesKnowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs, middleware)Familiarity with reporting tools within Success FactorsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement solutions within SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC)Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurationsProvide techno-functional support for EC and integrated modulesConfigure and maintain workflows, business rules, and data models within Employee CentralSupport integrations between EC and other SAP/non-SAP systemsTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutionsAssist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activitiesEnsure adherence to best practices and system governance standards
