AI-Driven Digital Specialist

As a critical part of the Water Business Line, you will work on implementing AI and Microsoft 365 technologies that can transform how teams collaborate. Your tasks will include assessing AI use cases, delivering training, and optimizing business processes. Engage with cross-functional teams and promote adoption of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and coordinate AI solutions with business units

• Develop training materials and conduct user support sessions

• Design, build, and deploy workflows with Copilot

• Coach staff on AI best practices and prompt strategies

• Support cost optimization for AI tools and automation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI and automation within Microsoft environments

• Proven experience in multi-business collaboration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to work independently and adapt to various technical levels
