This IT Specialist role within Tolko’s Athabasca Division demands a solid background in systems administration and IT infrastructure. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in computer science along with three years of practical experience. Familiarity with cloud environments, hardware management, and effective communication are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational uptime through reliable IT infrastructure

• Configure and deploy new systems and enhance existing ones

• Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware and software

• Engage with suppliers to resolve critical incidents

• Support network and Wifi installation and maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a Systems Administrator role

• College degree or diploma in computer science

• Knowledge of AWS or MS Azure cloud technologies

• Certification in Microsoft technologies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
