Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues using Service Now Helpdesk

• Configure, deploy, and manage laptops for staff

• Administer access permissions for user accounts

• Conduct patch management and monitor system logs

• Maintain office technology to prevent workflow interruptions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field

• At least 3 years of IT support experience

• Knowledge of clinical trials and VMware is a plus

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Proficient troubleshooting abilities for IT systems
