As part of TELUS Digital, you will contribute to the AIOps for Business team. This role involves overseeing operational support systems and integrating AI solutions that empower TELUS Managed Services. Your hands-on experience in network operations will enable you to streamline complex processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize telecom management & monitoring tools
• Assist with AIOPS platform configuration and updates
• Maintain Model Context Protocol for AI communication
• Build automated workflows to enhance service delivery
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in telecom engineering or AI consultancy
• Strong background in networking and automation technologies
• Skills in Python/Java script and API integrations
• Familiarity with cloud services and internetworking protocols
• Degree in Engineering or related area
