Join Ledcor's team in Edmonton as an Agile Delivery Coordinator, supporting business analytics initiatives and ensuring agile delivery processes. The role focuses on facilitating successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

As an Agile Delivery Coordinator, you will support the Agile Delivery Manager by orchestrating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through their sprint cycles.

Your role is crucial in managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines while fostering collaboration across diverse teams. By promoting Agile methodologies, you enhance the efficiency of project delivery and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and reviews

• Help establish sprint goals and commitment to planned outcomes

• Maintain accurate visibility of work through Agile boards

• Escalate delivery risks and concerns to stakeholders

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in Agile delivery or project coordination

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields

• Proven skill in Agile methodologies and delivery practices

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
