Transform telecom service delivery as a Wireline Services Analyst with the Government of Alberta, in a flexible remote role. Your expertise in VoIP and Unified Communications will drive meaningful improvements.
This permanent, full-time position plays a vital role in the Technology Support and Operations Division. You will support VoIP, Microsoft Teams Phone, and other telecom systems while ensuring issue resolution and client satisfaction. Your contributions will significantly impact service modernization and efficiency across the province.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MACD provisioning for telecom services
• Coordinate urgent client and vendor support requests
• Perform troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed
• Develop training materials and maintain documentation
• Collaborate on telecom project initiatives and enhancements
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Computer Sciences, IT, or similar
• Experience in telecom systems and related applications
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies and ticketing systems
