Join Skyridge Corporation as the UX & Service Design Lead in a transformative government project. Your designs will enhance digital services impacting Alberta citizens directly.
This senior subcontractor role requires a design leader passionate about human-centered principles. You will conduct user research and prototyping while ensuring accessible and intuitive design outputs in collaboration with diverse teams. Your experience in enterprise-level environments will be key to simplifying complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing
• Map service journeys and create design blueprints
• Design accessible digital services for users and partners
• Collaborate in Agile delivery cycles and facilitate workshops
• Validate design solutions through design QA
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in UX and Service Design
• 5 years in government digital transformation
• Proficiency in wireframes and user flows
• Experience with enterprise platforms and design systems
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
