In this position, you will play an integral role in the Provincial Workforce Systems Technology team. You'll be tasked with managing user access requests, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating across various internal teams to enhance business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in interpreting organizational strategies and recommending best practices to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for People Soft and Taleo applications
• Manage tickets through Service Now and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain user access requests and enhance permissions
• Interpret industry trends to guide technological directions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT ticket management
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills for web applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Power-BI and SQL for reporting
