Technical Analyst II at AMA

This role reports directly to the Team Lead of Insurance IT Operations and requires at least three years of experience in application systems analysis and development. You will actively engage in team meetings, manage systems with integrity, and champion operational excellence across AMA's technology framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data center hardware and software installation

• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for complex processes

• Collaborate with IT teams on system requirements

• Support documentation of operational procedures and recovery plans

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in IT or Computer Science preferred

• At least three years of Desktop computing experience

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset

• Experience in workplace modernization initiatives

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
