As a full-time Software Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure our clients receive top-notch software. Your responsibilities will also include creating documentation and contributing to project plans to meet client milestones effectively. This onsite position is perfect for candidates passionate about delivering high-quality solutions in the SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and configure software systems tailored for clients
• Develop project and product documentation for stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams post-sale for successful implementation
• Help create project plans detailing necessary tasks
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers for feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
