M5 Process Analyst

Optimize data interfaces with the City of Edmonton as an M5 Process Analyst. Use your advanced SQL and database skills to ensure billing, payroll, and supply chain efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager of Fleet and Facility Analytics, this role focuses on identifying data errors across M5, SAP, and other applications. You'll optimize the M5 system to align with Fleet Services, design business processes, and provide user support while troubleshooting inquiries and access management issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor data interfaces between M5, SAP, and others

• Guide users on system features and process documentation updates

• Manage user access and coordinate issue resolution

• Evaluate integration requirements and conduct impact testing

• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL

• Familiarity with SAP interfaces is a plus

• Strong skills in data integrity and auditing tasks
