Key Responsibilities:
• Lead system installation and maintenance efforts
• Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Design automation scripts for processes enhancement
• Create and uphold documentation standards
• Collaborate thoroughly across IT teams to meet needs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum three years in Application Systems Development
• Knowledge of Service Now and Ops Genie preferred
• Self-motivated and resourceful team player
• Effective communicator in technical contexts
