In this role, your senior desktop support experience will be crucial as you analyze performance variations across Windows environments. You'll perform hands-on troubleshooting, investigate software installations, and address user profile issues. Each finding will be documented to provide clear insights to the technical team and improve workstation performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstation performance issues
• Perform hands-on testing and root-cause analysis
• Document and present technical findings to the team
• Investigate configuration and software effects on performance
• Support endpoint decommissioning activities when needed
Requirements:
• Significant support experience in Windows 10/11
• Senior-level background in desktop troubleshooting
• Familiarity with imaging/re-imaging processes
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentations
