Civeo is on the lookout for a Senior IT Maintenance Technician to deliver high-level technical support and oversee IT deployment efforts. The ideal candidate will navigate both office tasks and field support work, ensuring optimal functionality of end-user technology and infrastructure. Engage with diverse teams to implement approved solutions and maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide multi-level support for end-user technology
• Conduct site mobilization and demobilization processes
• Support and troubleshoot networking and telecom systems
• Manage Microsoft 365 admins, including user access
• Oversee assets from receiving to redeployment
Requirements:
• At least five years in a technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Service Now
• Required Class 5 driver’s license for site access
• Preferred candidate with Microsoft or ITIL certifications
