Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Workday incident management and user training
• Manage daily operations related to HR technology
• Collaborate with HR and vendor teams for alignment
• Establish and monitor governance and security standards
• Lead configuration and performance metrics for HR systems
Requirements:
• Degree in Data Science, HR, or similar
• 8 years of experience in HR technology
• 4 years in Workday with leadership background
• Proven ability to influence within teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
