AIMCo seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to enhance investment management through Sim Corp Dimension. Drive innovative solutions as part of a collaborative team dedicated to platform improvements.
In your role at AIMCo, you will lead the analysis and implementation of Sim Corp enhancements while working closely with agile teams and vendor partners. You will foster stakeholder engagement and ensure the delivery of strategic tech solutions that improve operational efficiency and reliability within AIMCo’s investment framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Sim Corp project initiatives and solution design
• Collaborate with architects and vendor teams
• Define scalable solutions by gathering business requirements
• Provide technical leadership during project implementation
• Manage complex issues and improve platform reliability
Requirements:
• 5+ years in investment management or capital markets
• 3+ years in Sim Corp integration and design
• Understanding of investment accounting and trade lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience in Agile team settings
