In this vital role, you’ll oversee daily operations of Workday, ensuring incident management and governance standards are met. You’ll partner with various HR teams and IT to align technology capabilities with business objectives. This position champions data quality and enhancements in HR systems to maximize operational efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Workday operations and HRIS issue management
• Manage Workday tenant refreshes, training approvals, and vendor performance
• Establish protocols for HR technology security and data integrity
• Champion data governance and consistent data practices across systems
• Lead continuous improvement for Workday and supported HR systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 8 years of experience in HR technology
• 4 years in Workday configuration and governance
• Proven leadership skills in coaching HR technology teams
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into solutions
