Position Highlights

Title:

Field Service Consultant

Location:

Candidates will be from the Edmonton area and will be providing support at various client sites within the Mid - Northern Alberta region.

Full time, Permanent

Hours:

Some hours will be scheduled, others will be ad hoc with some after-hours support required as needed

After hours’ work may be required, all after hours work must be pre-approved by the client and ESW.

Primary Focus /

Job Description

Assist our clients by working on a variety of IT-related projects, providing additional or backfill coverage when required, and providing hardware, infrastructure, and/or application support functions in the field as well as emergency support when required. Support can be expected to be provided both in person as well as remotely.

This position may require traveling to and working at remote sites.

You will be supplied with a mobile device to ensure our clients have support at all times.

You will be supplied with a Fleet Truck for client site visits.

The successful candidate must be client centric (internal or external) and must have excellent client service skills

Scope

Work will include deployment and support of hardware and/or applications.

These functions will be performed in a team environment, but you will also have individual duties to perform which may include clearing any debris left from the deployment.

Retrieving equipment and updating the online database with the newly deployed equipment as well as the old equipment.

Other duties as assigned.
