Civeo, a leader in workforce accommodations, is searching for a Senior IT Maintenance Technician. You will provide critical support at various levels for end-user devices and coordinate site deployments. Your expertise will be vital in supporting network systems while working within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 to Level 3 technical support
• Plan and manage site deployments and demobilizations
• Support installation and troubleshooting of networking solutions
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune users
• Maintain accurate documentation and Service Now records
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in technical support or related field
• Experience with Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Service Now or comparable platforms
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Knowledge of Cisco networking and telecommunications preferred
