Learning Management System Specialist

Optimize PCL’s Learning Management System in Edmonton while connecting stakeholders and improving learner access to development opportunities.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support PCL Constructors Inc.’s learning infrastructure during a six month contract. The work emphasizes stakeholder connections, learning object management, system data, and learner experience. You will contribute independently while responding to changing organizational priorities and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance learner access and experience within the LMS
Manage courses and learning objects with stakeholders
Document standards supporting PCL’s learning infrastructure
Support change management and LMS training activities
Audit system data and manage reporting for metrics
Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary training or equivalent work experience
Three years of progressive related experience
Strong stakeholder relationship-building and collaboration skills
Learner-focused approach to optimize end-user experience
Ability to prioritize multiple projects independently
