Senior Technical Business Analyst Health

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. seeks a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst for the Government of Alberta’s Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services. You will translate complex business needs into technical specifications, supporting modernization, process improvements, replacements, and digital health enhancements. The work involves integrated environments, data exchange, interoperability, and multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, refinement, documentation, and stakeholder workshops
Analyze workflows, use cases, processes, data flows, and dependencies
Document integration requirements and cross-platform data exchange patterns
Translate business needs into technical specifications for delivery teams
Support integration design, testing, implementations, and solution recommendations
Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or Certified Business Analysis Professional designation
Seven or more years translating business requirements into technical requirements
Five or more years conducting requirements workshops
Five or more years designing complex IT solutions
Five or more years supporting User Acceptance Testing
Apply technical business analysis, requirements management, and interoperability expertise across Alberta Health’s complex integrated systems.
