WBM Technologies seeks an experienced IT professional for its Managed Services team. You will support Microsoft 365, networking, servers, virtualization, and end-user environments. The work combines client communication, root-cause investigation, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day technical support for Managed Services clients
- Resolve escalated Microsoft 365 and infrastructure issues
- Communicate solutions directly with clients
- Investigate root causes and deliver long-term solutions
- Document technical information and improve client processes
- Five-plus years of IT support experience
- Or two-plus years in a Managed Services Provider environment
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 support experience
- Networking, server hardware, and virtualization knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
