Lead ERP and EAM discovery with requirements workshops and data migration expertise in a hybrid contract role based in Edmonton, AB. Support two onsite days weekly while guiding end-to-end program delivery.
This Senior Business Analyst supports a major ERP and EAM replacement program. You will document current and future-state processes, define best-practice requirements, and coordinate business and IT stakeholders. The work spans systems integration, implementation, testing, and readiness activities across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirements workshops and document process states
- Support systems development, integration, and implementation activities
- Contribute data requirements and mapping for migration
- Partner across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset Management
- Support QA, testing, readiness, and knowledge transfer
- 10+ years of professional Information Technology experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Full lifecycle experience on large-scale ERP or EAM initiatives
- 3+ years with Oracle Fusion or IBM Maximo SaaS
- Strong communication, data analysis, and database query skills
