Help users resolve computer problems as an IT Help Desk Support Specialist working in English for a permanent position. Research solutions, provide advice, and deliver user training.
The position calls for College/CEGEP education and 1 to less than 7 months of experience. You will consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions. Responsibilities also include reporting system performance, supporting business systems, and providing network and Internet assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to users experiencing computer difficulties
- Consult technical documents to implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users
- Report computer system and network performance
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support
- College/CEGEP education
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Ability to work in English
- Availability for permanent work
- 35 to 40 hours per week
