The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Edmonton-based team. This role is a great fit for someone with 1–2+ years of personal lines experience who enjoys the service side of insurance but is also open to participating in sales. You’ll work in a highly collaborative office environment where quoting, broker portal use, and team-based service delivery are part of the daily routine.

From May to September, the focus shifts to high-volume new motorcycle business, creating opportunities for sales-minded brokers to increase earnings.

Necessary Qualifications Include

  • Alberta Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License

  • 1–2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance

  • Strong familiarity with company portals and major personal lines markets

  • Experience with Power Broker and/or Applied Systems is an asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • A service-first mindset with openness to contributing to sales

  • Ability to thrive in a fully in-office team setting
