Position: Personal Insurance Account Executive Role
Drive your career forward as a Personal Lines Account Executive with McFarlan Rowlands, responsible for business acquisition and client service excellence. This position allows for location flexibility across various offices.

As a Part of the Personal Lines Insurance team, you will engage with clients to understand their needs through 3-5 years of industry experience.

Your role will include advising on risk management, ensuring quality service while fostering significant relationships. You will also manage new business documentation in collaboration with underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs for personalized insurance solutions

• Foster lasting client relationships for McFarlan Rowlands

• Prospect and place coverage for new clients

• Ensure compliance with documentation and payment policies

• Document all client communications in the management system

Requirements:

• RIBO license mandatory

• 3-5 years in Personal Lines Insurance sector

• Strong sales and customer service capabilities

• Well-organized with excellent communication

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
