Commercial Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Manage the creation of certificates and pink cards

• Maintain organized files in the broker management system

• Review renewals and engage in remarketing strategies

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta

• Level 2 Insurance License is an asset

• Experience in commercial insurance with an insurance broker

• Effective time management and workload handling

• Ability to work within a team and independently
