Key Responsibilities:

• Determine salvage amounts and ensure appropriate reserving

• Maintain timely communication with all stakeholders

• Investigate claims thoroughly to establish liability

• Collect evidence to support recovery efforts

• Serve as an intercompany arbitrator when needed

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in French and English

• 2+ years of experience in insurance adjusting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Empathetic customer service aptitude

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
