Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bodily injury claims, including out-of-province cases

• Validate policy coverages and determine claim eligibility

• Negotiate settlements with claimant representatives

• Participate in mediations and legal proceedings

• Maintain accurate documentation of claim activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bodily injury claims in Alberta

• Proven background in mediation and litigation processes

• Familiarity with Care First and General Commercial Liability policies

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment protocols
