The OTIP Group of Companies seeks an experienced Customer Service Insurance Broker for a hybrid role. With a minimum of three years in personal lines of insurance, your skills in communication, problem-solving, and organization will play a key role in serving clients effectively. Your AIC license and passion for customer care will be instrumental here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and process insurance changes

• Resolve product and service issues promptly

• Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions

• Complete endorsements and manage renewals as needed

• Coach other team members on market guidelines

Requirements:

• AIC license (level one) required

• Three years’ insurance experience in personal lines

• Exceptional communication skills with clients

• Proficient in time management and organization

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EPIC is an asset
