Position: Team Lead for Personal Lines
Lead and mentor the Personal Lines team in Edmonton with a focus on coaching, workflow management, and operational support. This Full-Time, in-office role is perfect for seasoned Personal Lines professionals.

As the Personal Lines Team Lead, you will empower an established team in this pivotal leadership position. You will oversee workflow consistency and enhance client service, shaping team dynamics and driving performance. Your experience in coaching and personal lines products will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to team members

• Manage workflow and ensure timely renewals and servicing

• Serve as a technical resource for underwriting and client situations

• Resolve escalated client concerns with efficiency

• Identify opportunities for improving team processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Personal Lines brokerage experience

• Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License

• Strong technical knowledge of Personal Lines insurance

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
