Stone Ridge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Job Type :
In Office (5 Days), Hybrid after training is completed, Full Time, Permanent

Work Location :
Edmonton, AB or Calgary, AB (Edmonton is preferred)

Pay :

Starting From $60,000 annually

• Service and grow a commercial lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

• Alberta General Insurance Level 2 is required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset
• Transportation industry insurance experience is an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
