Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial insurance policies, including quoting, issuing, and servicing clients
- Liaise regularly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to secure appropriate coverage
- Prepare and present proposals, renewal notices, and policy documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on service needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or brokerage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industries such as construction, oil & gas, or professional services is an asset
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
