• Design and deliver technical training programs for APD teams
• Facilitate classroom and virtual learning experiences

• Utilize Guidewire Claims Center for hands-on training
• Analyze performance trends to recommend training improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Auto Physical Damage claims
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Experience with Guidewire Claims Center
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Relevant certifications considered an asset
