The 12 to 16-month term is office-based, requiring organized students who thrive in team settings while managing technical projects. You'll focus on reporting and analytics, assist in process improvements, and lead documentation efforts, which will sharpen your communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reporting and analytics for Customer Connection projects
• Aid in implementing process improvements and enhancing PM Tools
• Oversee documentation development and updates
• Collaborate with teammates on technical solutions
• Complete additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a recognized co-op program at a Canadian university
• Studying IT/Cybersecurity related field
• Self-motivated and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn new skills and processes
