Key Responsibilities:
• Manage component replacement workflows and transactions
• Communicate repairoptions and timelines to customers
• Track warranty processes and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
• Review KPIs to identify process improvement areas
Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Experience with Caterpillar products or dealership operations
• Background in customer service or warranty processes
• Ability to interpret contracts and ensure compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
