In this Intermediate position, you will coordinate legal administrative tasks that include supporting document workflows and maintaining compliance with firm standards. You are expected to manage complex client matters, perform diligent research, and uphold high standards of accuracy in your work. Your organizational prowess will be key in supporting legal transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client intake, including conflict searches and document gathering
• Coordinate document workflows and prepare client-ready materials
• Support scheduling and logistics for legal meetings
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Assist in financial tasks such as billing and expense reporting
Requirements:
• 4 to 7 years of law firm experience in a legal assistant role
• Completion of a legal support program is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software
• Familiarity with banking legal documentation
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize
