Become a key player at Prowse Barrette LLP in downtown Edmonton as a Conveyancer and Real Estate Legal Assistant. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional support for real estate transactions.
In this mid-sized firm, you will manage all aspects of residential and commercial real estate dealings, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage residential files from opening to closing
• Assist in commercial transactions and lending issues
• Prepare and draft essential legal documentation

Requirements:
• Diploma/certificate in Legal Assistance or Paralegal studies
• Recent experience in residential conveyancing preferred
