You will prepare closing documents, process home sales, and liaise with property management. A strong background in residential real estate law with at least 3-5 years of experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to perform efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage documents for new home purchases

• Schedule possessions for newly constructed properties

• Liaise effectively with condominium boards

• Assist team members in Legal/Conveyancing department

• Manage related administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general legal experience

• Completed relevant post-secondary education

• Familiarity with transfer documents and land titles

• Must hold a valid class five driver's license

• Ensure a clean criminal record check is obtained
