Key Responsibilities:
• Supply legal counsel on strategic governance and operations
• Analyze risks and opportunities in organizational initiatives
• Convert legal complexities into practical solutions
• Oversee governance policies and documentation
• Review and interpret contracts and service agreements
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Active member of the Law Society
• 5-7 years of legal practice in relevant sectors
• Experience with contracts and governance issues
• Advanced interpersonal and management skills
