Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed review of Credit Agreements
• Create comprehensive Due Diligence reports
• Draft essential correspondence and legal documents
• Utilize PDF tools for file management
• Anticipate and resolve potential transaction hurdles
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial Real Estate
• Formal education in Paralegal studies preferred
• Understanding of Land Title policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
