Supply Chain Leadership Position

Location: Wetaskiwin

Lead supply chain operations as a Supply Chain Manager with a focus on performance and risk mitigation. Drive efficiency and alignment with production objectives while ensuring material availability.

In this role, you'll manage supply chain teams and establish critical strategies that oversee procurement and inventory levels. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years of success in supply chain management, particularly in a manufacturing context. Strong analytical and communication skills will support your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities

• Analyze and monitor supplier performance using KPIs

• Lead demand planning and forecast activities

• Oversee procurement and sourcing processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain

• 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience

• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Office tools

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and reliability
