As part of Worley Canada Construction's Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in driving successful project outcomes. This position involves leading vendor meetings and mentoring junior expeditors. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of engineered materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead expediting for multiple equipment packages across projects

• Mentor junior expeditors and procurement team members

• Establish priorities corresponding to project sequences

• Manage vendor accountability through communication and monitoring

• Analyze trends and recommend improvements in processes

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of relevant expediting or procurement experience

• Expertise in managing suppliers and overcoming delivery challenges

• Experience leading cross-functional teams effectively

• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics

• Degree in a related field is preferred
