Procurement Specialist

Worley Canada Construction is in search of an experienced Procurement Specialist to support its multi-faceted procurement activities. With a solid foundation in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, you will play a key role in sourcing quality suppliers, managing procurement documentation, and facilitating timely orders. Your proactive approach will enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project team material requisitions for accuracy

• Create RFQ/RFP documentation tailored to project needs

• Evaluate and recommend potential suppliers for material supply

• Expedite material orders and communicate delays

• Close purchase orders upon fulfillment of conditions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Procurement or Supply Chain experience

• Strong Excel and communication skills required

• Ability to perform under high-stress conditions

• Experience in industrial construction environments preferred

• Certification in Supply Chain Management is advantageous
