We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Specialist with over 5 years in supply chain management and contracts administration. This role requires developing scopes of work, evaluating subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. You will also train and mentor team members while maintaining relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop subcontract sourcing strategies with project teams
• Execute supply chain activities for project success
• Research and recommend qualified subcontractors
• Manage RFP activities, including evaluations and negotiations
• Coordinate subcontractor mobilization and performance evaluations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in supply chain and contract administration
• Experience in oil & gas or construction environments
• SCMP accreditation or relevant education is an asset
• Knowledge of procurement processes in industry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
