Subcontract Manager

Are you an expert negotiator with a passion for strategic partnerships? A s a Subcontract Manager, you will negotiate and manage subcontract terms and conditions for products and materials within one d istrict or d ivision. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to drive successful outcomes .

• Negotiates commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors while consulting with legal department and senior management.
• Manages the qualification and evaluation process for subcontractors.
• Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
• Manages the maintenance of records of goods ordered and received; oversees all Accounts Payable reconciliation.
• Maintains professional relationships internally and externally.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management required.
• 5+ years’ experience in negotiation, contract management or construction purchasing required.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts.
• Strong financial acumen with accounting and finance knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
