Job Profile Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of personnel, materials, assets, and project management.

Job Duties Ensure client satisfaction through effective pre-job communication and follow up Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed
Cultivate relationships with employees and customers
Directly involved in logistics planning and permitting
Assigning and reviewing employee safety certifications
Participate in yard and equipment audits and inspections
Learning to navigate DFI’s Pact system
Planning daily yard and shop activities
Coordinating asset utilization with DFI branch locations
On Call and Weekend Coverage needed
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of DFI field operations is an asset
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in piling or industrial work setting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying issues and bottlenecks easily, anticipating problems before they arise.
Identify and resolves issues effectively – communicating and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.
Passionate about improving their knowledge, skills, mindset, and outlook, each dayTime management skills and ability to prioritize projects, as necessary
Able to function in a high stress fast paced work environment, where interruptions are abundant
Work requiring attention to detail is regularly subject to frequent interruptions that require immediate attention
Peak periods occasionally require an accelerated work pace, or demanding deadlines create pressure
